"Katrise of KER Music is a producer/song-writer who endeavors to connect with the rest of the world through her music. She is the founder and originator of KER Entertainment, a company that she hopes one day is the go-to source for original music for anyone or organization who needs it. Her specialty is R&B, but she loves a creative challenge and is currently developing new material in other styles. She has been writing and producing for the last 10 years. Some of Katrise's achievements include providing production services and doing background vocals/arrangements for Kendra Legare on tracks like "Players Play the Game" "Gimme Some Suga" "Oooh Wee Baby" "Holding on This Time" and "Not an Easy Lover", composing and producing music for lyricist Roberta Annicks for the Songs2Share.com licensing program such as "Fly in the Kitchen" and "uBoy", releasing her own CD "A Day in My Shoes," composing instrumentals for the vH1's number one vacation destination in the world for celebrities, Exclusivity Anguilla's website, and composing the entire original soundtrack for Purdue University's news magazine show geared directly towards the student body, "The Fast Track." On this show, she composed the music for the introduction, teases, rolling credits, and many of the news stories. She has also contributed background vocals for a very well known artist in the U.K, Claudia Jessie's "I Will Rock You" a spin off from the popular "We Will Rock You." Katrise was born in Chicago, IL. but spent the majority of her childhood in Kokomo, IN. She graduated from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. in May of 2005 with her Bachelor of Arts with a Communication concentration.
